There is NO DIFFERENCE between the way some need to rely on a "Sled Team" for their lives, or a "Disability Aid Dog" to protect and assist your lives and those of others around you when you go out into the public areas!

Here We Explain Why!

When I started training dogs some 45 years ago - (I am now 63) - it was pounded into me by highly experienced dog trainers from Europe - (I am Dutch By Birth) - that if you want REAL reliability and absolute predictability in your dogs under any working situation, as is a must in the frozen North Of Europe, listen to how the ancient indigenous peoples of Scandinavia, Norway, Alaska and many other REAL dog trainers from those areas work with their dogs.  They will tell you that if your team fails, you die in that frozen hell, and so do your dogs.

This impressed me, seeing how utterly reliable his dogs were, even when put into high pressure situations, working huge mobs of cattle and bullocks, I decided to LISTEN to the MASTER!

So when I started Disability Aid Dogs
16th February 1994
I decided to stick to those principals, as it had served me well training security dogs and general "Obedience Training" through the years since I started all those years back.

A Brief Explanation
Working with dog training and "Human to Dog Understanding" standards that are true and tested over literally thousands of years are the very standards we have used very successfully for 16 years.  I see no reason to adopt "Modern" standards that are designed to 'humanise' these incredibly intelligent animals.  We have operated for all this time without a single complaint against us, something we are proud of and protect vigorously.

How Do We Implement These Standards?
To put our exact training manuals on public view would be less that intelligent, but we have courses available to our trainers, or anyone (After A Background Check) who wishes to take a course from us.

The fees for the courses offered by us vary, so please enquire if you feel you are interested.  Application Processes Apply.
